Abstract

The paper provides quantitave testing of hypothesis concerning influence of employees's motivation for innovation onto the quality of new products development and new products performance in case of Russian industrial companies. It is proven by using graph and correlation analysis, that certain steps of innovation development process are influenced by employee's motivation, while the other stages are not influenced by it. It is also confirmed that employee motivation for innovation is not related to future product performance.
