The Options of Economic Cybernetics in the Modern Management

Abstract


Purpose. The article is based on partial results of a specific research in a thematic part "Systemic Integrated Environment for Designing Intelligent Models, Modelling and Simulations of the Enterprise Modern Cyberspace". The research aim is to create a new methodology for identification of enterprise’s information system and then create by modelling the conditions for systemically integrated environment given by cybernetics as area "for the management and communication of information in living and non-living organisms". The aim of this article is to familiarize professionals with the real environment recognition system processes in field of models creation of information environment for management and with the environment of cyberspace for modern management processes according to the principles of Applied Cybernetics - in our case in emerging economic cybernetics.

Methodology. For solving the research project, the theoretical approaches of very complex hierarchical cybernetic enterprise system were primarily used on the basis of methods expressed in "Systems Theory", “Operational Research Theory", "Applied Cybernetics Theory" and "Theory and Methods of Artificial Intelligence".

Results. The results of the research parts are derived primarily from the systemic approach and the use of modelling methodology in the new cyberspace expressed mainly with arrangement of practical methods of analysis, identification and recognition of images and environment of dynamic systems for transformation and communication of information and now also possible knowledge in enterprise management. The result of the research is to use proven methods of mathematical modelling of dynamic cybernetic systems in enterprise management as a model suitable for further use in the possible design of intelligent management environment on the principles of robotics and learning environment. Furthermore, use methods for evaluating deterministic and stochastic state variables from modelling for the newly created cyberspace of management in future economic cybernetics.

The theoretical contribution. From research’s results in given area, it is expected to explore modelling of social and technical environment (human – PC network) and above all to minimize these environments in terms of information and knowledge management functions transfer into the knowledge base and their possible adaptation based on rational lifelong learning in the management areas. It is also expected a development of modern methods in economic cybernetics. This paper is a partial contribution to the future anticipated development of given applied cybernetics, which will capture the dynamic environment of cyber security, cyber wars, cyber crime etc.

Practical implications. Briefly expressed partial results of the research and their anticipated use in practice, I can see mainly in the system integration of these theoretical scientific disciplines. The results of research will be kept publishing and gained experience will be applying in dealing with models of economic cybernetics in my dissertation thesis in the field of "Management and Economics of Enterprise".
